Whether you choose to do a favor for a friend or volunteer your time to assist others in your community, be sure to celebrate this occasion. Extend a helping hand, offer a kind word, or show someone your gratitude.

The day’s hints of numerology (22 is the number of the Master Builder) and spiritualism are no surprise when you consider the founder herself (Rev. Jayne Howard Feldman) is an ordained Interfaith Minister, Reiki Master and Life Coach.
